The Zhik Powerpads® are the original performance hiking pads and remain the benchmark in dinghy sailing. This latest generation builds on nearly two decades of refinement and world-class sailor input, delivering Zhik’s most supportive, adaptable and comfortable hiking system to date. Updated most recently in 2024, the design continues as Zhik’s current flagship model.
Designed to be worn under any wetsuit or drysuit, the Powerpads® feature a secure, ergonomic shape that stays firmly in place while hiking. Internal silicone grippers combined with a snug, breathable perforated neoprene sleeve prevent movement and enhance comfort during long sessions on the rail.
Each set includes removable battens and separate EVA foam inserts, allowing sailors to fine-tune stiffness and hiking height to suit different boats, conditions, and personal preference. Reinforced batten pockets and strengthened external seams ensure durability under intense and repeated use.
