You may return unused products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by LiveWatersports

Warranty

All products are built with care and high-quality materials.
If you notice a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, contact us and we’ll inspect the item. Depending on the issue, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

We offer custom printing and branding options for clubs, teams, and larger orders.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Europe. For international orders, please contact us for options and shipping rates.

How long does shipping take?

Orders within the Benelux are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the Benelux on all orders over €75. Orders below this amount include a small shipping fee at checkout.

Can I return my order?

You can return unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that used or customized items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are not covered by Live Watersports.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Can I customize products with my name or logo?

Yes, we offer custom printing and branding options for larger orders. Contact us to discuss your design and minimum order quantities.

Are all products made in the EU?

Yes, the Ripper Sailing range and other Live Watersports products are manufactured in the EU, ensuring consistent quality and long-lasting performance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for all Benelux orders. All transactions are processed securely.

Do you offer dealer or bulk discounts?
