What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Ideal-Wero, Klarna, all major Credit Cards, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the Benelux on all orders over €75. Orders below this amount include a small shipping fee at checkout.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Europe. For international orders outside of the EU, please contact us for options and shipping rates.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders within the Benelux are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Other European countries might take 1-2 days longer. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

You can return unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that used or customized items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are not covered by Live Watersports.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Special requests and Customisation

Can I customize products with my name or logo?

Yes, we offer custom printing and branding options for larger orders. Contact us to discuss your design and minimum order quantities.

Do you offer dealer or bulk discounts?

Yes, we work with clubs, schools, and retailers. Contact us directly for B2B pricing and volume discounts.
