Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–4 business days across the Benelux.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.

We ship with DPD, DHL and PostNL, depending on your location and order size. All partners ensure fast, reliable, and traceable delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping within Europe on all orders over €75
- Orders below €75 include a small shipping fee, calculated at checkout
Custom orders & lead times
Customised or bulk orders may require additional production time. We’ll confirm lead times before processing your order.
Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
