Where we ship
We ship across Europe.
For destinations outside this region, contact us before placing your order and we'll confirm available options and rates.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 15:00 CET, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day.
Delivery within the Benelux typically takes 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping partners
We ship with UPS, DPD, DHL and PostNL, depending on your location and order size. Shipments outside the EU, including Norway, go by UPS.
Shipping costs
- Free delivery on orders from €75 within the Benelux
- Free delivery on orders from €99 within the rest of the EU
- Orders below these amounts include a shipping fee, calculated at checkout
Norway
Prices for Norway are shown excluding VAT. Norwegian import VAT of 25% and the carrier's customs handling fee are charged on delivery, not at checkout. Orders ship from Rotterdam with customs documents and clear Norwegian customs on arrival.
Oversized items
Oversized items such as spars, foils and covers may carry a surcharge on some routes. If that applies to your order, we'll contact you before shipping.
Custom orders & lead times
Customised or bulk orders may require additional production time. We'll confirm lead times before processing your order.
Damaged shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and the product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
