DyCore Compact 4 mm – V.elo

V.elo DyCore Compact is a coated single-braid Dyneema® SK78 line for the hard-working parts of your rig: purchase systems, lines that live in a cam cleat or clutch, and tails that rub over the mast and fittings. This is the 4 mm version, sold per meter.

The braid is tighter and more compact than a standard single braid. That gives a firm, round line with more grip in a cleat and better abrasion resistance where the Dyneema® runs exposed. V.elo's latest update refines the construction for an even more consistent round profile, and the line stays very light and easy to handle.

On an ILCA, think hiking strap adjustment and mast loops. On any dinghy it is a strong choice for purchases that run through a cleat. For the ILCA traveller, choose DyCore Compact 5 mm. For spliced, constant-load systems with little friction, DyCore Plus gives you even less stretch.

Why V.elo
