Description
The Ripper Optimist Top Cover Pro protects the deck and cockpit of an International Optimist on the road, in storage and in the boat park between sessions. Dirt, moisture and sun stay out, so the boat is clean and ready when the sailor gets back to it.
The cover is made from heavy 1680D polyester with a PU coating and a water-repellent finish, chosen to handle abrasion and long spells outdoors. It is shaped to the Optimist hull to limit sagging, movement and water pooling on top.
An integrated shock cord runs around the hull perimeter for a quick, close fit, and three webbing straps with quick-release buckles hold the cover in place during road transport and on windy days in the boat park.
