The Sailteck GPS Compass is the full racing instrument: heading, countdown, time, speed over ground, heel, trim, line distance to the start, and Bluetooth sensor support. Everything the Race Compass does, plus what GPS adds.
It carries the same genuine 1° heading accuracy and two-line display as the Race Compass, with the addition of a high-precision RTK-capable GPS that delivers centimetric position accuracy when paired with committee equipment. Interchangeable keymats (red and grey keys) let you configure the unit to match different class rules.
For racing sailors, the line distance function during the start sequence is the standout feature. You see exactly how far you are from the line, in metres, while the countdown runs. After the start, speed over ground, heel and trim help you keep the boat in the groove.
The GPS Compass also supports Sailteck LIVE®, the new track-sharing and race management system launching November 2026. Free to use, no annual subscription, no mobile network dependency. After the regatta, you take home the tracks of every Sailteck on the water for replay and analysis.
Supplied with the same corrosion-free soft pack and quick-release cradle as the Race Compass. Solar powered with 200 hours of battery backup, submersible to 20 metres, triple shock protection. Two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
