The Sailteck Race Compass is built for racing sailors who need clear data when it matters most: the start, the first shift, the lay line. Heading, countdown and time of day, all on one display, at the same time.
Sailteck delivers genuine 1° heading accuracy, not just 1° resolution. The solid-state magnetic sensor is unaffected by transport, so there is no recalibration to do before a regatta. Just clip it on, line up, and race.
The two-line display is the difference. Before the start you see countdown and heading together, so you know where the line is favoured and how much time you have to get there. After the start, the tactical shift indicator and the live heading sit side by side, helping you play the shifts upwind and stay on the lifted gybe downwind.
The Sailteck Race Compass is class legal in ILCA, Optimist, Finn, Topper, 29er and many other dinghy classes. Supplied with a corrosion-free soft pack and a quick-release cradle in the box. Solar powered with 200 hours of battery backup, submersible to 20 metres, triple shock protection. Two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
